Coffee Fest is a cozy social VR experience developed by ARVORE Immersive Experiences for Meta Horizon Worlds, available on both VR and Mobile.
I worked on this project as Lead 3D Artist, overseeing the 3D art production and helping shape a cohesive, playful and highly readable visual experience tailored for social VR. My role focused on guiding the team, defining asset standards and art pipelines, and ensuring real-time performance optimization across platforms.
I collaborated closely with Art Direction, Creative Direction and Production, reviewing, integrating and polishing assets to maintain visual consistency and quality throughout the world. I also contributed directly to the creation of selected assets.
The visual style was built entirely using gradient-based textures, allowing for a clean, cohesive look while keeping materials lightweight and efficient for real-time rendering. The café stands were designed as modular assets, split into three customizable parts, enabling multiple visual combinations while maintaining a controlled asset budget and strong performance across platforms.
Coffee Fest represents ARVORE’s creative freedom within Horizon Worlds, offering players a warm and welcoming space to meet, socialize and grow their own café. Working with such a talented team made this project a rewarding experience to be part of.
